Therefore, the energy-saving emission reduction has become along-term, urgent strategic task. It is significant to make the enterprise to the powerefficiency evaluation. It can make the enterprise has an intuitive understanding, the powerconsumption to find power weak links and effective reform from the productionmanagement and production technology etc. It can be enable company to reduce costs,reduce energy consumption and improve economic efficiency. And analysis a companywhich produces the glass, and the electrical characteristics of high energy consumption,electricity unreasonable given the solution. The main research contents of this thesis are asfollows:Firstly,combined with the glass enterprise features in-depth analysis of importantfactors affecting enterprise efficiency, use the weight analysis method, comprehensiveevaluation method to construct the initial efficiency of electricity enterprise evaluationindex system and delete the redundant indexes. This index system includes powerefficiency index, load efficiency index, economic efficiency index and managementefficiency index.Secondly,based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation principle and process areintroduced in this article, the single factor membership function selection, reasonable usewith analytic hierarchy process, so as to determine the weight of each index. Finally, thepower efficiency by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation process is given.Finally,based on the first two parts, the actual reference expert opinions andenterprise, analyzed with some examples, the index system and determine the indexweight based on, application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of each indexcalculation and analysis, through the evaluation results reflect the situation of electricitycompany, find out the weak links of electricity company, and put forward the energysaving proposal. At the same time, with the help of member ship, weight and scores of each index by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to calculate and system,scientific evaluation for power efficiency of company. |
