Aluminum alloy as green materials,with good mechanical properties,has been widely used in industry.However,aluminum production equipment and technology had lagged behind in China.And the consumption of natural gas per ton aluminum was 85-120m~3,far higher than the international advanced level.To improve the energy efficiency management level of Chinese aluminum casting industry,the aluminum alloy casting enterprises using equipment and energy structure,energy-efficient computing model,diagnostic model of energy efficiency,energy efficiency evaluation system and calculation methods,which provided a method of calculation for casting enterprise energy efficiency calculation and evaluation of aluminum alloy,were researched in this study.Through in-depth analysis of the aluminum casting production technology and production processes,the product line could be divided into the production line into preparation step,auxiliary processes,melting processes,the refining process,and the device was determined for different processes.The energy used in the entire production process mainly included natural gas,electricity,water and diesel fuel.Established an energy efficiency formula from the factory,the production line and process three levels.The results of the aluminum casting process material flow showed that in order to improve energy efficiency,in the casting process the burning of aluminum alloy should be minimize as much as possible,so it should strictly control the melting temperature.By studying the thermal energy flow of natural gas by combustion results showed that the loss of heat was mainly because of the exhaust gas heat away,the heat absorbed by the liquid aluminum,furnace cooling and heat loss by opening of the door.Provided a theoretical basis for energy efficiency optimization control by the effect of thermal efficiency factors.For the need of Energy efficiency calculation,the testing methods and testing parameters were established for a variety of energy consumption and Equipment running status.It provided support for the energy efficiency of real-time visualization of data.Based on the relationship between energy efficiency of different particle sizes,the rapid diagnosis of energy efficiency and causes of abnormal position were achieved by determining the diagnostic method of horizontal and vertical standard.Established energy efficiency evaluation index system from an economic,technical and management level as well as other aspects of environmental pollution.The calculation of the index to energy efficiency weight was accomplished based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process.With the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of characteristics,the normal distribution pattern,random pattern and exponential distribution of three types of energy efficiency was designed according to the key factors of distribution characteristics of quantitative.For examples,the energy efficiency evaluation system has been successfully applied in Tianjin Lizhong Alloy companies.
