The main research content of this paper takes PVDF as the matrix and makescomposite film with high dielectric properties in order to test and characterize theproducts. The nano TiO2with a certain dielectric constant is adopted as the fillers in theselection of composite film filler selection. This paper first discusses the experimentalmethods of preparation of nano TiO2powder by sol-gel method and determines theoptimal raw materials ratio scheme. Two kinds of crystal form sample, anatase and rutileare prepared in different sintering temperature. It also prepares composite film withdifferent filling ratio by tape casting method based on PVDF matrix material. Secondly,it also prepares TiO2gel based on the above experimental conditions. Then quantitativemethyl methacrylate monomer is added to do polymerization. Use this kind of compositematerial as filler to get PVDF/TiO2/PMMA composite film with different proportion bytape casting method based on PVDF basis material, so as to improve the dielectricproperties of pure PVDF. this paper does performance test to the composite film bymethods of infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM),thermal gravimetric (TG) etc and makes analysis and characterization to the compositefilm. It also does performance test, such as dielectric constant, dielectric loss puncturevoltage to the samples.Test results showed that TiO2powder as filler, use composite films prepared bycasting the film dielectric constant with increasing powder content, the film’s dielectricconstant rise, mixed rutile TiO2film than the incorporation of anatase dielectric constantfilm of TiO2ore has increased significantly in the200KHz at15and25respectively; interms of the dielectric loss value, relative to pure film, showing little difference in thecomposite film; with increasing powder content, the composite film electrical breakdownstrength declined. With TiO2/PMMA hybrid material as a filler, prepared using a castingout of the composite film, with increasing amounts of added hybrid material, thedielectric constant of the composite film will be increased, PMMA content of the highest group Ⅰ dielectric maximum constant value, and the dielectric loss value is also thelargest dielectric constant reaches20.3(400KHz). In the electrical breakdown ofperformance, with increasing filler composite film breakdown strength values decline, but relatively hybrid TiO2modified membrane prior to breakdown strength.
