Light environment is a necessary condition indispensable to the survival ofmankind, but along with the expansion of urban development and construction,mankind has faced another new physical pollution after both water and noise pollution-light pollution. Light pollution not only caused harm to human health, but also onthe growth and development of plants and animals as well as the urban ecologicalenvironment caused serious adverse effects. Glare is one of the important lightpollutions, which seriously affect human normal life and road safety. To meet thehumans have a more comfortable, safe living light environment in urgent need, weneed to study light pollution measurement technology methods and means ofimplementation strengthened.The main topic is to do research and analysis for the glare pollution. By glarepollution classification, pollution generated principles, glare pollution assessmentmethods, measurement parameters, laboratory simulations and actual calculation,measurement and analysis, in-depth study of the mechanism of the glare on the urbanglass curtain wall, the physical parameters required for measurement, measurementmethods proposed, measurement and evaluation, and design flare monitoringinstruments. The main results of this study are as follows:1.The main types of glare pollution classification analysis, and analyze itscauses, and the harm caused. Analyzed and summarized the contents of the differentmeasurement glare, measurement methods and evaluation methods corresponding.2.For glass curtain wall glare pollution, GR glare value evaluation methodchosen, the basis of the evaluation methods to determine the required physicalparameters and measurement methods of measurement.3.Optional color CCD camera as brightness acquisition and calibration of itscolor correction, brightness, parameters.4.Design monitoring instruments, completed its mechanical structure, andoverall system measurement program monitoring system design.5. Glare glass wall in the laboratory building pollution model, using a colorCCD camera glare measurements, through post-image processing and analysis, get the glare GR value. On the walls under the sun glare actual measurement analysis,measurement results.
