Now more and more people are concerned about environmental protection,especially in large cities, governing environmental pollution has become pressing.The water pollution was obviously an urgent priority. Substandard sewageemwassion has become common in some places. In thwas study, based on the use ofcolloidal titanium dioxide photocatalytic oxidation reaction process, factory appliedPhotocatalytic Oxidation papermaking wastewater treatment system was designedfor advanced treatment of wastewater.automatic process control systems wasdeveloped to match the experimental verification system. A plant of advancedtreatment in papermaking wastewater has been designe, lab type automaticmonitoring system has been developed.First a factory applied Photocatalytic Oxidation papermaking sewage treatmentsystems were designed, the characteristics of equipment was analyzed. In order toverify the consistency of the system, FLUENT was used to simulate the spiral mixer,as well as the flocculation. Meanwhile, a set of experimental photocatalyticoxidation treatment system was built to test whether the system has the ability tocompletely purified sewage and accomplish automatic monitoring system correction.The design of automatic monitoring system for experimental photocatalytic systemis complete PLC was chosen as the implementation platform while ladderprogramming strategy would be compiled into the PLC.Zutaiwang was used todevise Interactive interface. It was used to monitor and control the system onlinedirectly.It shows that the development of papermaking wastewater treatmentPhotocatalytic Oxidation automatic monitoring system for post-processing routeSBR wastewater standards is feasible; After debugging, Using PID control strategycould reduce the COD down to the emission standard line; Meanwhile, By reusingthe photocatalytic titanium dioxide colloidal it only consumes hydrogen peroxide,during the reaction. Operating costs are greatly reduced, and the process generatesno byproducts. If the actual production is used for the plant, the cost can be reducedto5.86yuan/ton. It tends to the main trend of advanced wastewater treatment.
