The three northeastern provinces are China's major agricultural provinces,and are also important rice production bases for rice.They are rich in planting resources and have a long history of cultivation.With the improvement of the living standards of the people,the demand for high-quality rice is increasing,and the quality and safety requirements for rice are getting higher and higher.In the development process in recent years,food safety has gained a very high degree of attention,and rice industry with reliable guarantee and good quality has gained more recognition.In order to improve the overall packaging speed and quality,we should further develop machinery that can achieve automatic packaging effects.The mechanization of the current rice industry packaging is relatively poor,the corresponding effect has certain problems,relying on the analysis of the system for automatic packaging,further develop a reliable packaging program,and at the same time refer to the packaging strategy to form a more scientific actuator,thereby solving Relevant design requirements for the organization and control.Based on the analysis of relevant technologies,the project designs and develops equipment that can achieve the desired automated packaging effect.The actual designed equipment integrates professional knowledge in many fields such as machine,electricity,instrument,gas,light,etc.The architecture system is complex and has a high level of technology,which can greatly improve the quality and accuracy of packaging,and the speed of response is relatively slow.Problems such as unstable quality,on the basis of improving the overall operational efficiency,help to significantly control costs and achieve more ideal product competitiveness.
