Sand production is an important problem faced in the process of offshore oil and gasexploitation, large amounts of sand production or continuous serious sand producing willseriously affect the normal production of oil wells. The current domestic research the studyof sand out production is mainly focus on two aspects: sand production prediction and thedirection of the sand production mechanism, but there is no effective real-time monitoringequipment of sand production, moderate sanding production technology research anddevelopment needed to for continuous monitoring of sand production methods andequipment, real-time monitoring of oil well production sand producing condition, providethe basis for appropriate sand production, to ensure the well production life under thepremise of improve oil well productivity.Through the research of lab evaluation experiment, proposed a noninvasivemonitoring method of heavy oil based on vibration signal, piezoelectric accelerometer feelthe impact of sand, using specialized data acquisition equipment and software for this kindof impact signal, through certain identification method for signal analysis and processing, tolearn sand content and signal characteristics of the relationship. Through the lab experiment,analysis of different carrying flow rate, different content and different signal characteristicsof the relationship between temperature and monitoring, to evaluate the effectiveness of thesand production monitoring theory and technology provides the basis.In this paper, we put forward a kind of noninvasive sand production monitoringmethod, designed a set of lab experimental device used for simulating different velocity ofsand content in heavy oil; Based on the research of the high frequency vibration signalanalysis theory, find the signal processing method suitable for sand production monitoring.Through the lab experiment confirmed the effective of the experimental apparatus and signal acquisition system. Analyzed the vibration signal generated by the impact of sand,obtain the frequency range of vibration signal; evaluated the factors of sand out signal andvalidated the feasibility of noninvasive monitoring method of sand from heavy oil;. Resultsshow that there is a clear relationship between the signal of sand out by noninvasivemethods and sand content, sand carrying flow rate and other factors, the research provide agood foundation for further research field sand out monitoring equipment.
