| In the process of oil and gas well production,because of the influence of geological factors and mining operations,sand will always flow out with the gas or liquid,resulting in sand production which would have a serious impact on production and environmental,so it is necessary to monitor the sand production.The sand production detecting theory included the sand production monitoring model is researched,the sand production detecting system is built to detect the sand production real-time in the production of oil and gas,which includes the detecting sensor,the signal conditioning circuit,the acquisitioning circuit and the host computer software.Based on the principle of acoustic detecting,the system which uses non-intrusive measurement adopts the composition of the sensor,signal conditioning box and host computer,the sensor receives the vibration which is generated by sand hitting the wall,the vibration signal which contains the sand information is converted into an electrical signal and transmitted to the signal conditioning box through the cable.The sand production signal is handled and collected by the signal conditioning and acquisitioning circuit in the box,after the further processing on the host computer,the information of sand production is acquired and displayed,achieving the ground detecting to the sand production in the well.Besides these,amount of experiments in the laboratory and field were developed to verify the feasibility of monitoring method and the stability of the system.The results show that the system could detect the sand with the diameter to 100 micron and the current velocity of ten meters per second,and the error is within 19% in various conditions,verifying the system could work stably in a long time and suit multiple well conditions,it also could choose the mode of power supply according to the actual situation on site,having the important meaning to the sand production detecting in the oil and gas well. |
