| The extracting of Coalbed methane use the way of dewatering the water and thenextracting the gas, which demands the pump has the ability of pumping liquid and gas mixture.A multiphase pump used in CBM well was developed by our research department. To studythe pump’s performance in two phase mixture, a bedstead was built and conduct externalcharacteristic test.First, the test theory was analyzed and the data which need to be tested was confirmed.Two planes of the axial arrangement of the pump unit was proposed.Comparing the twoplanes and the clamp impeller and diffuser structure was confirmed. A plane of the entirebedstead was designed. The arrangement of liquid and gas pipe was given.The motor and thecoupling was choosen and the test procedure was given.Second, the bedstead’s main structure was designed, including the tressel,supportingcomponent of the pump head, pump head, pump deck, inner pump casing, shaft and so on.Thedrawing and the three-dimensional plot of the parts was finished.This paper analyze thedisclosure place of the bedstead and design the matching O-rings and mechanical seale.Third, the axial force calculation way of the ten pump unit was given by analyzing thedifferent pressure of the inlet and outlet of the pump, the liquid counteracting force and thegravity of the impeller. The matching balance device was designed and the drawing was given.Three planes of measureing the axial force was given. The measure instrument was choosen.The interference examine was conducted by Solidworks software and the hedstead wasassembledAt last, using the multiphase pump used in CBM well bedstead, the external characteristic test of under the liquid and the mixture of liquid and gas condition wasconducted. The external characteristic was ploted. The test result was satisfying and wasaccording to the theory. The effect of the ability of pumping the liquid and gas mixture isgood, satisfy the demand. The test result shows this kind pump is very suitable for dewateringin CBM well. |
