Study On The Evaluation Indicator System Of Petroleum Green Development

The development of petroleum in China is still in a relatively extensive developmentphase, which caused great damage to the environment. China should be based on its ownspecial circumstances, to take a path of petroleum green development. Therefore, how toevaluate whether petroleum development is green which are particularly urgent.First, on the basis of the theory of green production, the theory of clean production andrecycling economy theory, extending the concept and content of petroleum greendevelopment, as the theoretical basis of the influencing factors. The petroleum developmentconcept is referred to the process of petroleum out from the ground, including drilling,logging and downhole operation and mining.Second, the complexity of processes are very different in the different petroleumdevelopment phrases, the technology is also different, leading to the non-green and greenfactors is not the same. So when constructing the indicator system for different sub-processof petroleum development, respectively to design the corresponding indicator system, basedon the non-green and green factors, build a green petroleum development evaluation indexsystem. Combining the quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators, as fully as possibleto evaluate the petroleum green development in the requirements of machinery andequipment, pollutant emissions, resource recycling, technology, green management.Then, using the questionnaire statistical analysis to calculate the dispersion coefficientof the34indicators, depending on the value of the dispersion coefficient, ultimatelydetermine the15indicators. Using AHP to determine the weight of the green petroleumdevelopment evaluation index, calculate the weight of the criterion level and sub-indicators.Finally, in accordance with the overall characteristics of the petroleum developmentindustry, based on the petroleum industry standard, determining the scoring criteria of green petroleum development evaluation indicators, the evaluation results were divided into fiveand established the evaluation model, which laid the foundation for further study.
