Production process of united station in oil field is to process the crude oil undergroundwhich contains water into product oil. The production process involves the measurement ofmany parameters, such as liquid level, oil/water interface, temperature, flow rate and moisturecontent. Using an automation system of the inventory is significant for major oil productionplant to build an energy-saving, environmental protection, high efficiency, intelligent digitaloil field.This paper references some recent schemes for oil inventory system opertated in oil fieldunited stations at home and abroad, and designs a set of data acquisition subsystem forautomation inventory solutions for Binnan production plant of Shengli Oilfield. First of all,this theis summarizes the commonly used detection methods for parameters in crude oilstorage tank, and then according to the requirement of technology parameters of the Binnanproduction plant, selects the type of sensor based on factors such as reliability, stability, andcost-effective. Secondly, according to the characteristics of decentralized acquisition andcentralized monitoring, the article designed a data acquisition system based on RS-485busand the master-slave MCU structure. The main MCU, as a central unit in control room,acquires the crude oil parameters accquised by subsidiary MCU and sent them to the host PCthrough a serial port. Thirdly, the essay finished the software design and the coding of masterand slave MCU and PC, realized automatic real-time collection and manual collection, datadisplay, broken network protection function of the automatic inventory. Finally the wholesystem is simulated using the designed software operated on PC, Proteus and Keil software,so as to verify the feasibility of the subsystem.At the end of the paper, the achievements are summarized and the shortage of the designis also investigated.
