The measurement of oil well production refers to the individual-well oilproduced, it is an important work in the field of production management, accurateand timely measurement of oil production has important significance to controlreservoir conditions and development of production programs.Currently, there are four ways in the individual-well metering at home andabroad that metering separator, software amount, dump amount and the amount ofelevated tank,however, Because the production of the external oil fields is low,mainly use the technology of dump amount to the individual-well Although thesingle well liquid production could be produced more accurately, but the investmentof dump equipment is higher, the service and maintenance also workload and likelyto occurred the phenomenon of freezing blocking in winter.In order to solve the series of questions, first of all, Analysis of the existing sixcommonly used flow measurement instruments, by demonstrating that all measuresdo not apply to the low-yield wells of Daqing oil field which needs continuousmeasurement, Therefore, Proposed a design of thermal individual-well meteringapparatus,its working principle is measure the temperature rise of fluid flow throughthe metering equipment△T, Equivalent to calculate the production fluid of oil well.Because the measured fluid is three-phase fluid include oil, gas and water,According to the actually parameters of liquid production and gas-oil ratio in No.9Oil Production Company of Daqing oilfield, amended the fluid heat capacitycalculation, ignore the Gas phase impact to the specific heat capacityof fluid,determine the specific heat capacity of fluid only need to enter the liquid watercontent values.In the research of thermal individual-well metering apparatus, firstly, determinethe structure of the metering apparatus, adopt external vertical heating structure asthe first generation prototype manufacturing solutions to satisfy high-precision,low-cost design requirements, choose sheathed thermocouple temperature sensor asthe temperature data collection components, while using a rock wool insulationdesigned to ensure that equipment able to meet the measurement requirements inwinter.considering the operational life of the heater and energy consumption andother factors, design and determine the heater’s heating power. thermalindividual-well metering apparatus adopted single well89C51microcontroller asthe core component, design temperature acquisition and processing module, heatingpower control and data acquisition module, data storage and playback module,RS232interface module and the keyboard display module, achieved continuous data acquisition and processing well as storage playback. Based on laboratoryexperiments and field test conditions, have four times metering apparatus upgrades,to enable them to better meet the needs of field measurements,while designedstandard installation atlas for the different oil well technical process.Thermal individual-well metering apparatus have achieve the requiredtechnical indicators by indoor calibration experiments and field experimentsverification. the stable and reliable measuring apparatus able to accurately capturethe import and export parameters such as temperature and other parameters,correctly calculate the value of oil well fluid production, achieved continuous liquidproducts measurement of oil well, while the investment in equipment has beeneffectively controlled.
