The production measurement of oil well refers to the total daily output of oil, gas and liquid in single-well, it is the first measurement of oilfield exploitation, which has great important guiding significance for grasping the reservoir dynamic change and formulating follow-up scheme. At present, the commonly used method of measurement include in glass tube liquid level measurement, skip metering, three-phase separation volume metering, indicator diagram measure oil and no separation measurement, etc, what are major oil well measurement methods at home and abroad. There are many difficulties in single-well metering, such as fluid is multiphase and intermittent flow, medium is complex(sand,wax and gas), the detection of oil-water ratio is difficult. So it is important to find a reliable and simple measurement method for the measurement of single-well.First, this paper focuses on relative literature about the measurement methods of the well and measurement device, studies the current situation of the development of measurement at home and abroad. Through single-well metering is difficult, the method of automatic weighing measurement is accurate, automatical and reliable, which is the best option for single-well metering.Second, this paper designs the scheme of measurement and the structure of the weighing type measurement device according to the characteristics of intermittent well. The metering device is consist of tank, metering system and control system of drain valve; measurement scheme adopts gas liquid cylindrical-conical cyclone separator weighing measurement. At the same times, the main structure size of weighing metering device is designed and its strength is checked.Third, the core component of single-well weighing type automatic metering device is gas liquid cylindrical-conical cyclone separator, based on the numerical calculation method of computational fluid dynamics, using FLUENT software to simulate liquid single-phase flow of cyclone separator. Due to researching on the distribution regulation of liquid single-phase flow field inside of gas liquid cylindrical-conical cyclone separator, which put the foundation for gas and liquid flow field simulation.Gas has an impact on the measurement of single well weighing type automatic metering device, using FLUENT software to simulate gas-liquid two phase flow field numerical simulation for the core part of single well weighing type automatic metering device. According to the analysis of flow field velocity distribution, pressure distribution and fluid concentration distribution, the optimal structure size of gas liquid cylindrical-conical cyclone separator are selected, which provide favorable conditions for weighing metering.Finally, analysis control steps of the weighing metering device, chose the Siemens S7-200series, and select the related modules, through PLC ladder diagram and the interface of host computer, the device of weighing metering can be automatically measured.
