The iron and steel industry plays an important role in the nationaleconomy. For the quality of the steel plate, the mill is an importantingredient in the system. But because of the bad work environment, itgets accidents easily. So it means a lot to analyze the mechanism of thevibration.Required by Baosteel Co.,ltd, our school take the responsibility tocommit a deep research on the accidents caused by vibration. Theaccidents are thought to be caused by the hydraulic components of themill system, thus in this paper the pipeline before the valve, the hydraulicsystem are deeply researched, resulting in a series of improvementmeasures.First, the control strategy as well as components of the screw up millsystem is introduced. Then a Simulink model is constructed to simulatethe system in order to analyze influences of each parameter. Finally eachphenomenon is explained theoretically.Second, the Hydraulic system of Sour Rolling Mill is researched asan object and a mathematical model of this mill is established. Then makesimulations of this model, compared with the data of real test to find causes of breaking. Several measures are put forward to settle thisproblem, improving the natural frequency of pipe system. This suggestionproved useful for the system.Then data of the mill is collected, we dive deep into them and findsome regulations. So some methods are put forward to ensure the normaloperation of the mill.At last, measures taken by Baosteel are concluded and suggestionsare given to settle problems of the mill.
