In this thesis, two kinds of the triphenyl-pyrrole derivates and six kinds of polymerwere designed and synthesized. One of the organic molecules is1-(4’-carboxylic biphenyl)-2,5-diphenylpyrrole (CP-TPP) which is with the functional carboxyl group, the other is1-(4’-|allyloxy biphenyl)-phenyl-2,5-diphenyl pyrrole (V-TPP). The polymers P7-1, P7-2,P29-1, P29-2, P29-3and P29-4were prepared by hydrosilylation between V-TPP and Poly(methyl hydrogen siloxane). Their structure were characterized by IR,1H-NMR, MS and|elemental analysis, which gave satisfactory data corresponding their molecular structure.The relationships between the aggregation state and the luminescence behavior of thevinyl-monomer V-TPP and the corresponding polymers P7-1, P7-2, P29-1, P29-2, P29-3andP29-4in THF/H2O mixture were studied. V-TPP and polymers are exhibited aggeragatingemission enhance (AEE) phenomenons in THF/H2O mixtures. The fluorescence intensity ofV-TPP in THF/H2O mixture increases when the water content is over60%, while is over20%for polymers, which maily because the siloxane main-chain entanglement of polymerscan restricted the molecular motion of triphenyl-pyrrole derivates which gafted onto theside-chain of the siloxane.The compound C-TPP, an aryl-substituted pyrrole derivate with carboxyl group,exhibits weak emission in solid state because C-TPP can form dimers by carboxylichydrogen bond and quench the fluorescent. When the dimer formation is disrupted totallyor partly by external stimuli, its FL can be restored, we designed a ‘‘turn-on’’ fluorescencesensor for sensing the ammonia gas based on this. When a C-TPP film were fumed byammonia for1min, its fluorescence intensity increased obviously with blue shift47nm,and the fluorescent response rapidity, selectivity and reversibility.
