The polyether polyamine,epoxy ether terminated blocking agent,OMCTS,DL-602 were used to synthesis DL-602 multi block polymer silicone softener by stepwise polymerization.The effect of weight ratio,solvent,reaction time and temperature on softener performance were studied to find out the optimal synthesized process.After that,synthesized mixed-silicone-coupling-agent multi block polymer silicone softener in the same process,just replacing DL-602 by mixed silicone coupling agent.By cokParing the comprehensive performance of cotton fabric finished by softener with different mixed-silicone-coupling-agent ratio,the optimal ratio was found out.Then,the DL-602 softener was modified by epoxy chloropropane,thus reducing the yellowing of finished textile after baking in high temperature.Also,the film-forming ability of the softener has been improved.Afterwards,the DL-602 softener was modified by MAH,thus improving the hydrophilicity of finished textile.By researching the dosage of MAH as well as modifying time and temperature,the technological parameter of modifying has been optimized.The optimized DL-602 multi block polymer silicone synthesis process includes the followings: N value 1.1,epoxy ether terminated blocking agent modification temperature 85 ?,modification time 5 hours,amino value 0.12mmol/g,molecular weight 9000g/mol,isopropanol alcohol and water as solvent(mass ratio 2:1).Epoxy chloropropane modification E value 0.75,modification temperature 85 ?,modification time 2.5 hours.MAH modification M value 0.5,modification temperature 85 ?,modification time 1.5 hours.By cokParison,the MAH modified DL-602 silicone softener was chosen as the best softener to finish the cotton fabric.The optimized finishing process includes MAH modified softener(solid content 50%)dosage 40 g/L,pick up rate 85%,curing temperature 130 ?,curing time 1.5min.The cokParison with the on-sale softener shows that the hand feeling is better than that of commercially available softener by half magnitude,also the whiteness and fabric strength is superior to commercial softening agent,fabric stiffness is lower,which shows better softness.What's more,the hydrophilicity and the creasy recovery angle as well as resilience are more satisfied.16 pictures,20 tables and 63 references.
