Chromatographic analysis is a kind of technology to separate and analyze various ingredientsof a mixture, which is widely used in chemical, biological and other fields. Chromatographicanalysis procedure includes the separation of mixture in chromatographic instrument and theanalysis of chromatographic peaks using software on the computer. This paper designed achromatographic peaks analysis and calculation system based on computing systems, and startresearch work focusing on main technologies.The paper proposed a general framework of the analysis and calculation system ofchromatographic peaks on the basis of comprehensive analysis of chromatographic instrumentstatus and features of chromatography. The paper designed chromatographic signal de-noisingalgorithm and chromatographic peaks feature recognition algorithm and chromatographic peaksarea integration algorithm and other algorithms, realized qualitative and quantitative analysis ofchromatographic peaks.In view of the chromatographic signal de-noising problem, the paper combinedserpentine-mean(Snake) filter algorithm and advanced first-order filter algorithm by analyzing thecharacteristics of chromatographic signal noise in the signal, and realized the de-noising ofchromatographic signals.Features recognition of chromatographic peaks is to determine the location of beginningpoint and top point and end point of each peak. Based on geometric feature extraction ofchromatographic peaks, the paper completed the judgment of Movement trend (rise, flat, decline)of each signal point. Combining the movements of each point, slope, peak width and, half widthand other parameters, the paper proposed feature recognition algorithm of chromatographic peaksbased on the chromatographic signal characteristics, and realized feature recognition.In order to calculate the area of chromatographic peaks, on the basis of baseline correctioncompleted, the paper realized the segmentation of each peak by using its feature points and itsbaseline and realized peak area calculation through using area integral method, and removed"noise peak" according to the minimum area and minimum intensity threshold parameters. By using time window and time band method combined with the retention time of the peak,the paper achieved the qualitative analysis of the chromatographic peaks and identified thecompositions of the mixture. To easily calculate the concentration of each ingredient, we designedand realized normalization method, internal standard method, external standard method and othermethods, thus completed qualitative and quantitative analysis of the entire system.Testing of standard samples, as well as detailed analyzing of the results shows thatchromatographic analysis system developed by this paper has reached the expected requirements,and has high reliability and availability.
