This article studies present weather-friendlyenvironmental management policies of Xi’an economic development zone bygreenhouse-gas accounting and environmental management research of local threetypical enterprises.At the same time of rapid economic development, actively promoting energyconservation and emissions reduction work in xi ’an economic and technologicaldevelopment zone, implement the provisions of the state of energy conservation andemissions reduction targets; To develop the low carbon industry, further improve theregional environmental quality. Environmental statistics show that in nearly three yearsin the major pollutant emissions by declining trend year by year.
