Research Of The Human Damage Quantitative Assessment On Coal Production Stage

In China,coal plays an important role in national economy and social development.Asubstantial increase in coal production in our country leads to more environmentalemissions which causes a serious health damage and economic loss to the humanbeings.The research of occupational safety and health of coal mine has severalshortcomings,for example,always stays on the qualitative analysis and analysis the damageafter the accident happens.Paper intends to carry on the quantitative evaluation, and it notonly can directly see the size of health damage factors in different stages,but also canindirectly calculate the size which the health damage factors do harm to the human beingsat different stages.Therefore,in-depth study and the establishment of the health damagequantitative evaluation system of coal production stage have a certain theoretical andpractical significance.Based on the LCA evaluation theory,combining with the current research on themanagement of occupational safety and health of coal mining in China,the quantitativeevaluation of the health damage factors of coal production stage intends to berealized.First,partition the process of coal production stage,determine the boundary,carryon the collecting the listing data,second, classify and characterize damage factors to createthe quantitative relation model between listing data and human health damage, then domonetization analysis, make it economical.Finally through the evaluation results,the size ofthe coal mine health damage factors upon human body could be seen easily,lastly realizethe quantitative evaluation of the health damage factors of coal production stage.Take a coal of Inner Mongolia as an example,on the basis of analyzing the possiblehealth damage factors of the coal production stage and collecting the date,calculate thehealth damage value of each process of the coal production stage,then according to theresults of health damage,provide referential measures to healthy damage factors, verify thefeasibility of theory model.
