Baiyun obo ore concentrate is the most important of baotou steel iron orecontaining raw material base, with its huge reserves and surprising, however, baiyunobo ore concentrate than other iron ore containing high potassium, sodium, fluorine,among them, the fluorine mainly exists in the state of fluorite (CaF2), potassium,sodium, mainly potassium feldspar, sodium silicate complex forms such as pyroxene.Baiyun obo ore iron essence pink mineral composition complex, embedded clothstrength small, containing high potassium, sodium, fluorine, this characteristic alsocauses the Baiyun obo ore concentrate there are many problems in the blast furnacesmelting process. Fluorine mainly in the form of gaseous fluoride and fluorine dustinto the atmosphere, become the main pollution sources. In addition, with the state tothe promotion of the industrial energy conservation and environmental protection,steel smelting also gradually to low energy consumption, low pollution, low cost,gradually from the traditional to the blast furnace smelting iron content of directreduction process of electric furnace steelmaking. Therefore, this topic for baiyun oboore concentrate containing potassium, sodium, fluorine study the characteristics of itscharacteristics in the process of coal-based direct reduction reduction, explore thepotassium, sodium and fluorine in iron ore in the process of direct reduction ofcatalytic mechanism. For baiyun obo ore concentrate not only provide theoreticalbasis for coal-based direct reduction process, and to improve other iron objects on thedirect reduction process provide theoretical guidance, the baiyun obo ore of iron oreminerals and other more fully use on direct reduced iron processing, reduce theenergy consumption and reduce pollution. This thesis mainly is divided into threeparts:Part I choose baiyun obo mine owners tiejingfen, the east mine ore iron essencepink and some outside the west tiejingfen using simulated tunnel kiln direct reduction process of laboratory reaction tank direct reduction process under differenttemperature and reduction of time to restore, and calculate the sponge ironmetallization rate, then compare research. Results show that under the same reductiontemperature, reduction time, main ore iron essence pink and west east iron essencepink metallization rate were higher than the ore iron essence pink, and west ore ironessence pink metallization rate is higher than the main iron essence pink, the eastmine and under the same reduction temperature, reduction time on the influence of thewest ore reduction.The second part aimed at baiyun obo mine owners east ore containing highpotassium and sodium, potassium, sodium, fluorine on reduction of iron ore, thecatalysis of potassium feldspar, sodium pyroxene, black mica, sodium carbonate,sodium fluoride, potassium fluoride, as additive, added to the mining experiment thecarbocoal outside, with the main reduction temperature and reduction, but at the sametime the east mine under direct reduction and comparative analysis. Find a catalysis ofadditive, and explore its catalytic mechanism. The results show that for the potassiumsodium feldspar and pyroxene, biotite double salts containing potassium, sodium,such as not directly play a catalytic role in the process of direct reduction; Andsodium carbonate, sodium fluoride, potassium fluoride as additive in the process ofdirect reduction has obvious catalysis. Through to the Lord in the east mine volatilesof XRD test in the process of direct reduction with sodium fluoride and potassiumfluoride, shows the main east mine, in the process of direct reduction with sodiumfluoride, potassium fluoride gas overflow, which play a catalytic role, and its catalyticmechanism for high temperature reaction with fluorite mineral potassium, sodiumgenerated KF, NaF, the carbon gasification reaction catalyst.The third part: according to the main east west mining area and sponge ironmetallization rate is higher, and sponge iron metallization rate is higher than the westmine east mining sponge iron metallization rate of experimental phenomena and theirdifferences containing rare earth mine, by electron microscopic scanning anddetection methods of EDC, observation reduction sponge iron ore phase morphology, after comparing the difference between the three mines.In this paper the results of the study to improve iron content direct reduction ironsponge metallization rate, reduce energy consumption and pollution, comprehensiveutilization of baiyun obo ore resources has very important practical significance.
