The Computer Control System Of Aluminum Electrolysis

There is more than150years’history about the aluminous production in the world. In1886, P.L.T.Heroult in France and CM.Hall in America found the method to extract the aluminum, which is through fused salt electrolysis Cryolite alumina.Meanwhile, this extraction is also the only way to gain aluminum even in modern industry.This report proposes the suggestion that how to improve the effectiveness of electrolytic aluminium and how to develop the technology of control, which also is the important approach to propel the development of modern aluminium industry. Moreover, it has become the essential and necessary mission to achieve efficient and energy-saving automatic production.Combined with computer-controlled management strategy and global advanced design concept, this report aims to design a set of computer control management system, which is established by systematic structure and upper computer management software, through analyzing three sections from real situation of electrolytic aluminium which are production process, bug performance and effectiveness performance. This system structure is simple, original as well as comprehensive functions, strong targeted, high safety, easy operation and maintenance.On the basic of the upper computer management system, this report through researching and analyzing the structure, the characteristics and shortages of the control management of electrolytic aluminium, aims to improves control efficiency and strengthens the functions modules, which include data query module, data analysis module, fault processing module and security module. Meanwhile, this report indicates the relationships between the systems settings, computer station and Slot control machine.Additionally, it also indicates when the control system is operating, what the hardware should do at the same time. Finally, the report proposes the development and suggestions of the control system of aluminium electrolysis in the future.
