At present,pumping unit used in most oil fields in our country can be divided intobeam and non-beam.Beam pumping unit has been the dominant.But large energyconsumption, short stroke, the defects of poor performance are its shortcomings whichhave been unable to overcome.Only non-beam pumping unit can make an overallimprovement in pumping motion characteristics and balance performance.Non-beammachine mainly includes the electrical machinery commutation pumping unit and thechain pumping unit,But they also have the corresponding faults.Aiming at this situation,this paper carried out development on the new non-beammechanical commutation long stroke pumping unit.Composed by the two sets ofdifferential and other gears,"commutation reducer" was used to achieve purelymechanical commutation,wire wound on the output sheave.By commutation reducerachieve positive rotation of the output sheave,and both ends of the wire rope wereconnected to the sucker and the balance weight.Positive rotation of the output sheavedrives sheave rope,sucker rod and the counterweight to move,achieving pumping up anddown strokes.In this paper, the whole parts design was completed according to theworking principle of the new type of mechanical commutation pumping unit.Therationality of the design of new machinery commutation pumping unit structure wasdemonstrated.On this basis,the effect on the energy was analyzed by comparison withthe conventional beam pumping unit efficiency.The new mechanical commutationpumping was proved to achieve energy saving effect.The strength analysis of keycomponents of the pumping equipment was analyzed by ANSYS software.Analysis ofthe reasonableness of the key components of the design choices,and to optimize theimprovement under the constraints of strength and size,the overall quality of the unitwas reduced,saving material.The dynamics simulation analysis of new pumping wascarried out.Hanging point variation with time was researched,providing the basis toverify the design analysis of the pumping unit.In this paper,the development of this new type of mechanical commutation pumping are provided for the oilfield development,providing a new theory for the design of pump unit which can successfully adapt to asmaller pumping system,an important way and energy saving mode.
