This paper mainly studied the synthesis of2-arylquinazolines andC-N bond cleavage reaction of tertiary amines, then carry out relatedwork. In chapter one, recent advances in synthetic methods of2-arylquinazolines and C-N bond cleavage of tertiary amines were reviewed. In chapter two, a copper/cerium combined catalytic system for thecascade reaction of aromatic aldehydes,(2-aminophenyl)methanols andammonium chloride has been developed, leading to a wide range of2-arylquinazolines in moderate to excellent yields. The transformationhas mild reaction conditions, commercially available starting materials, broad scope and high functional group tolerance. In chapter three, CAN-catalyzed C-N bond cleavage ofN,N’-dimethyl benzylamines has been developed, affording a newsynthetic route to aromatic aldehydes. In chapter four, the typical experimental procedures, spectra data ofthe corresponding products were described. |
