The Research Of Preparation Of The High-Temperatureandaging Resistant Rubber In Conveyor Belt

With the improve of the production efficiency, the conveyor belt is widely used in material transport, and heat resistant conveyor belt is usually used in the harsh operating environment, the working life is very short. In order to improve the performance of high-temperature heat conveyor belt and extend the working life, in this paper,we researched the application of new skeleton materials, new adhesive rubber materials, and new rubber cover in high temperature resistant conveyor belt.To improve the heat resistance of SBR, vulcanization system and blend with EPDM two aspects were studied. DCP vulcanized SBR rubber, with high property retention after aging, but low mechanical strength. Sulfur carrier cure systems of SBR, has good mechanical properties and heat aging properties. Blending EPDM with SBR can improve the heat resistance SBR, but mechanical strength and wear resistance are reduced. In order to improve anti-aging cracking performance of EPDM, blend EPDM with FKM, with the increase of FKM, the high temperature resistance and anti-aging cracking properties of EPDM/FKM improved, when the amount of FKM exceeds50phr, after aging in260℃for4h, no significant cracks.For preparing the high temperature conveyor belt used above200℃for a long time,selected silicone rubber as the conveyor belt cover rubber materials. DCP as vulcanizing agent, fumed silica and precipitated silica as reinforcing filler, the tensile strength of silicone rubber over9MPa,and after aging in175℃for14days, the tensile strength retention rate greater than80%.To solve the adhesion problem of the silicone rubber and polyester canvas, bismaleimide vulcanizing aid, silane coupling agent, silicone oil, etc. formulated hydroxy heat curing adhesive coated on the surface of the polyester canvas, or directly added adhesive system in the silicone rubber, the adhesive strength of the polyester canvas silicone rubber reach6.8N/mm, adhesive attachment on polyester canvas surface was100%.Using aramid canvas as skeleton material, with oil-filled EPDM and natural rubber and preparation of the adhesive layer, the adhesive layer rubber material and aramid canvas adhesive strength reaches15.6N/mm, adhesion strength layer and the covering layer can reach25N/mm, and the aging and under high temperature adhesive strength heat resistant conveyor belt is greater than the national standard requirements.
