Solid woven flame-resistant conveyer belt which is used in coal mine to transport coal and other resources is an important product.With the development of coal mining industry,requirements for conveyor belts are also getting higher and higher,such as long distance,continuously transport and large inclined angle.However,the current domestic production of conveyor belt can not support large inclined angle and safety performance at the same time.Therefore,this paper mainly studies on the formula and product process of large inclined angle flame retardant conveyer belt with?pattern,the specific formulation is as follows:The"B"type weaving is used.Warp density is 168,weft density is 120,core width is 875mm.Warp twist reaches 60 twist/m,weft twist reaches 75 twist/m,which results in the maximum strength is 511N and 285N,respectively.And the dipping rate is good.Through the research of cover rubber formula,the best formula is obtained.PVC/NBR was added in a ratio of 100:10,then 60 copies plasticizer,6 copies Sb₂O₃,20 copies carbon black and ZnBO₃/Al?OH?₃ in a ratio of 10/25 was added in.The final rubber shows excellent performances in mechanism properties,electric conduction and flame retardation.The tensile strength is up to 18.22 MPa,the breaking elongation reaches to 450%.The flame combustion time of all samples is 1s in average,and the flameless combustion time is 0.8s in average.The resistance of upper surface and lower surface is 2.4×10⁷?,2.7×10⁷?,respectively.The best manufacturing process is as follow:the plastic tension is 2500 Kg,plant time is 4 hours,the speed of extruder head A and B is 55 r/min and 35 r/min,respectively,the tape speed is lower bound.The final product has a good performances in mechanism properties,electric conduction and flame retardation,and the max incline angel is up to 40.4°.Finally,the framework material not only meet the requirement of mechanical strength,but also greatly reduce the cost.The mechanical properties of cover adhesive has been significantly improved,and compared with similar products,its flame retardant performance has a good upgrade.The optimization of the production process improves the production efficiency and simplifies the production process.Products meet the requirements of low cost and high performance.
