Study On The Optimization Design Of Crankshaft Casting Production Line Of TR Company

The history of casting in China can be traced back to thousands of years ago, but China’s automobile foundry industry history is just a few decades. And this young Chinese automobile foundry industry, it is foundry set up under the planned economy system who provide for oneself which belongs to OEMs, or simple small workshop factories.But with the development of industrial society, the great leap of modern automobile industry have an increasingly high requirements for automobile castings, automobile castings is the pursuit of light-weight, thin-walled, strengthening and toughening, and automotive castings than other casting have greater increase from the appearance to the internal quality and delivery time, high complexity, high quality assurance, rapidity. Automobile industry is faced with more and more stringent requirements, therefore it is necessary to use casting equipment and facilities with high level and high productivity, to choose the reasonable production line, these requirements increased a great pressure to the overall level of China’s automobile castings, thus a high level of production line is particularly important.In this paper, by comparing the domestic and international development situation of casting production line, analyzes the existing problems in the design of production line and the production of casting in our country, the process flow, the personnel allocation, use and management of crankshaft casting production line in TR company are discussed and researched on this basis. There is a systematic study of the problem of the casting properties, process scheduling and optimization, equipment selection and production line balancing, application of process optimization theory, take a field investigation of the crankshaft foundry production line of TR Company, find out the existing problems, and to improve and solve these problems, take local optimization and adjustment of the layout of operating procedures on the basis. In the process of problem solving, simplifies the process flow, optimizes the layout of the process, reduces unnecessary procedures and personnel educes the manual handling times, execute mechanization, automation, and finally realize the overall optimization of casting production line for crankshaft.Finally, summarize the feasible suggestions for design optimization of casting production line in China, and put forward ideas for further research.
