As shanghe oilfield development entered the high water cut production period, with higher moisture content, crude oil processing technology is not reasonable, the structure of the equipment cannot meet the needs of the existing oil change, oil and gas processing system load increases, the system capacity can’t meet the needs of the production, not fit for the field current technical requirements. Specific performance in:(1) serious equipment corrosion.2open process of environmental pollution, resulting in resource waste.(3) unit measurement process is not perfect.(4) stability of crude oil process is not reasonable, stable ability is insufficient. The above, all kinds of factors caused four net station crude oil dehydration effect is poor, can’t guarantee the normal operation of the dehydration of crude oil production, high energy consumption and environmental pollution. Four net station according to the above situation of shanghe oilfield crude oil treatment system is optimized.This paper according to the situation of shanghe oilfield, the crude oil treatment system process, combined with the status quo and future trend of the development of oil field production, from the overall perspective, comprehensive consideration of crude oil processing technology, process and so on various aspects factor, system optimization and conducting technical reforming on the shanghe oilfield, the crude oil processing system, improves the sealing rate, reduce the energy consumption and reduce production operation cost. At the same time to the old crude oil gathering station library process system optimization and management to provide experiences and technology support.
