Power tool is one important means that realizes the manual labor mechanization, the power tool has many advantages,like simple structure,light weight,convenience carries and uses, Easy to service. Therefore power tool is widely applied in the machine-building industry,the architecture industry,the railroad,the road,bridge construction project,animal husbandry, forestry processing and so on.Nowadays the society electric tool is used mostly rotation this motion form,firstly, to understand the structure and working principle of the existing power tools in this article,and to analyze the existing problems of portable power tools and propose solutions to solve the problems——Way to change rotation processing method for the linear reciprocating motion.Linear vibration electric tools to meet the growing needs of diverse,will meet the following three sorts of requirements:1)The small volume,light weight;2)Multi-function;3)Meets re-manufacturing engineering requirement.The new portable power tool based on the two principles of whole life-cycle and re-manufacturing engineering drived by single-phase series excited motor,electronic governor for variable speed,use the theory of disc cam mechanism to achieve the change of the processing method from rotation to the linear reciprocating motion.Use the principle of vibration to make the traditional continuous contact processing into the intermittent contact processing and small amplitude、high-speed reciprocating movement which will make the energy superposition instantly.The contact material will achieve the limit of fatigue and will separate with the matrix later,which achieve the purpose of processing.Based on the principle of whole life cycle,during the design of new tools to consider the use and scrap links such as,and give the residual life of new tools,to meet remanufacturing engineering requirements.And then use the ANSYS Workbench software to analysis the new portable power tool’s critical component which include structural and finite element analysis.Verify whether the structure design、size to meet the requirement of design and optimization design institution;through Pro/Engineer3D model for the electric tool for specific structure design and the dynamic analysis of transmission mechanism,insititution and dynamics simulation.The3D entity can display the overall structure of the packaging machine,and inspect whether the components layout is reasonable.Also draw2D chart drawing.Compared with the general grinding and cutting electric tool,this linear vibration electric tool is easy to carry,simple operation and functional diversity,safe and reliable,and small vibration,low noise.Of course,it also can greatly reduce labor intensity, improve work efficiency,manual operation and with a variety accessories to achieve polishing,cutting,scraping shovel and many other functions.
