Hidden fire hazards have always been an important safety issue that people pay attention to.They are highly secretive,dangerous,and sudden.With the increase in population density,high-rise buildings in cities,fire protection issues are also getting more and more attention.In order to better guarantee the fire safety of buildings and eliminate the hidden fire hazards,we must guarantee the quality of fire engineering.With the development of modern management methods,life cycle management is the main management concept of current project management,and the quality management of fire engineering also involves all stages of the project life cycle.At present,the research on fire engineering quality management is basically limited,and most of them are only quality management in the construction stage,but the main period of fire accidents is the operation and maintenance stage of the engineering project.This stage is also the stage where fire engineering needs the most management work.In addition,the fire planning in the early planning stage and the fire design in the design stage have a certain influence on the final quality effect of the fire engineering.Therefore,after referring to the relevant normative documents on the quality of fire protection engineering,this article considers the characteristics of various fire protection subsystems and considers from the perspective of life cycle management.Based on the comprehensive quality management,the following research is carried out:First of all,in conjunction with the national quality-first construction goal,fire engineering quality management has been paid more and more attention.Through the research on the relevant content at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of the current fire engineering development,the theory of constructing fire engineering full life cycle quality control is proposed system.Through the study of the concept of full life cycle and the theory of total quality management,the concept of full life cycle quality management of fire engineering is proposed.Combining with the management points of the main body of each stage of the full life cycle and the characteristics of each system of fire engineering,a fire protection plan is constructed.The evaluation index system of the four first-level indicators and 23 second-level indicators in the phase,fire protection design phase,fire engineering construction and completion acceptance phase,and fire protection system operation and maintenance phase is applicable to fire engineering full life cycle quality management.Secondly,consider the five factors of "people,materials,machinery,technology,environment" that affect the quality and effectiveness of fire protection projects,and determine the secondary indicators by combining the main participants at all stages of the life cycle and quality management methods.The improved analytic hierarchy process is suitablefor the large amount of indicators,strong uncertainty,and can reduce the amount of calculation.Through this method,the final level of quality management that affects the life cycle quality management of fire engineering is determined during the construction phase;Due to the different fire-fighting subsystems selected in the actual project,the most influential secondary indicators are determined according to different engineering projects;the gray clustering method is used to determine the grade of the evaluation model by collecting the results of 10 experts,which is the quality management of fire-fighting engineering Provide certain ideas and guidance.Finally,through an example verification of the fire protection project of a cancer hospital(Phase I)in Lanzhou City,it was concluded that the quality control effect of the fire protection project of the project was medium.It proves the operability of fire engineering quality management evaluation through improved analytic hierarchy process and gray clustering method,which has certain theoretical reference value for strengthening fire engineering quality management in practical work in the future,and provides new management ideas.
