With the advance of Shanxi Coal corporate restructuring, appear more and more inthe reorganization of the production process technical problems. Many mines are derivedfrom the integration of the existing small coal mines, the production of simple equipment,mining method is simple, fast breaking on the rocks more serious, when the restructuringwill have a lot of control of reproduction of gob roadway and reuse problems, of theseworkings and goaf is often broken rock gathering area, so it is necessary for crushing gobroadway with issues related to research and practice, that this paper is to study the softrock crushing roadway. On crushed rock roadway, the current relevant studies have beenvery good, but the part related to restructuring mine rarely. In very broken rock roadwaybolting for simple, because rock crushing itself unable to anchor efforts to providereliable basis for the class rock bolt anchoring force in low or failure, it is not only usingthe kind of support. Bolting is an external anchor inner way of support. The crushed rockcement grout reinforcement, not only improve the bearing capacity of rock itself, but alsofor the bolt to provide a reliable basis for efforts to make the anchor bolt role to play, inorder to effectively control the soft rock crushing roadway.This paper is mainly to solve for the reorganization of the production process afterthe encounter broken and soft rock roadway repair and support issues. This property canbe injected through the grouting, grouting materials and rock grouting theory perspectiveon the gob broken and soft rock grouting issues; through the mechanism of soft rock,loose circle critical layer theory and the theory expounded analysis for crushing soft rockroadway should take support measures; through soft rock roadway FLAC3D numericalsimulation, analysis of three kinds of support programs on the soft rock roadway, theresults showed that bolting can significantly improve rock strength and load carryingcapacity, effective control of the surrounding rock deformation. Through the Hongyuancoal mines and mining engineering analysis yuecheng proposed suitable for crushingrenovation bolting and grouting reinforcement technology programs, and has beensuccessful, and achieved good economic and social benefits.
