CSP(Compact Strip Production)is a set of thin strip production line which wasintroduced from German SMS Demag Company by Handan Iron and Steel Group.Itwas the most advanced production of strip steel plate rolling machine. This productionsystem line consists of six finishing mills. Since production, Vibration often occurred onthe hydraulic system of finishing mill group. Especially,the vibration of F3rolling millhydraulic AGC(Automatic Gauge Control)is most serious. It always had to reduce therolling speed and repeated rolling back and forth to control the thickness of the strip. Ithas a great influence on enterprise normal production.The article analyzed the vibration of F3rolling mill hydraulic. This topic combineddomestic and foreign methods of other machine with the innovation of my own methodto studied the causes of vibration fault and found out the source of vibration. Finally Iproposed solution measures.This article mainly studied following contents:(1) First I establish the mathematicalmodel of the important element called cylinder and electro-hydraulic servo valve ofCSP hot rolling mil F3finishing mill hydraulic AGC system.(2) I establish thesimulation model of the important element of CSP hot rolling mill hydraulic AGCsystem with AMESim simulation software. Then I simulate the leakage of hydrauliccylinder and electro-hydraulic servo valve. And also to look at the displacement ofhydraulic cylinder piston rod in the results.(3) In this chapter I rebuilt the fault treemodel for the hydraulic AGC system and analysis the reasons of all the faults whichmay occur, Then I study the vibration reasons of CSP hot mill hydraulic system withminimum cut sets and structure importance.(4)According to analysis of the fault tree, Inthe view of the leakage of hydraulic cylinder and insensitive electro-hydraulic servovalve. I do the experiment of CSP hot rolling mill hydraulic AGC system in HandanIron and Steel Group. At the same time I set up the simulation model to simulate it.Then I compare the theoretical analysis and experiment results. So I know both theleakage of hydraulic cylinder and insensitive of electro-hydraulic servo valve cause thevibration fault of hot rolling mill hydraulic AGC system. Following I put forward theimprovement measures, so as to reduce the vibration fault of CSP hot rolling millhydraulic AGC system.
