Rice bran oil has plenty of sources,low price and it is a renewable resource.Rice bran oil has very reasonable composition of fatty acid,some physiologicallyactive substances also can reduce blood lipid,remove the cholesterol in the bloodand so on.Oil refining factory processes generally exists over refined trend,in additionto our country exists obsolete equipment are prevalent in rice bran oil refining,refined oil quality and low defects,these factors have hampered the improvementof the quality of rice bran oil.The difficulties of rice bran oil refining are acidvalue high, dark color and difficult to bleach, serious loss of active substancesand so on. So rice bran oil quality control and research on development oftechnologies to improve rice bran oil processing are key issues of concern.This article proceeded from the oil factory reality,glial dewaxed rice bran oilin the the case of hair removal is not completely,further dewaxed rice bran oildegumming hair treatment. After studied on a series of changes about the process ofrefining and storage of rice bran crude oil dewaxing, and had obtained thefollowing main conclusions:(1)Analysis and study on refining processes of each segment impact on thehigh-quality rice bran oil acid value.The results showed that: after rice bran crudeoil refining,acid value, peroxide value and color enough to reach the nationalstandard levels;Some of physiologically active substances,such as oryzanol,vitamin E,phytosterols,etc,also have suffered very serious.Loss of93%oryzanol,58%of vitamin E,70%of phytosterols, indicating that there is excessive process inbran oil refining. Wherein the alkali deacidification stage loss89%of oryzanol; themost serious loss of vitamin E in deodorizing process, is30%; the loss ofphytosterols mainly occurs in bleaching processes, loss32%. So moderate for ricebran oil deacidification, bleaching and deodorization is an important measure toensure and improve the quality of oil products. (2) Studying various refining processes about influence on rice bran oilproducts quality under the temporary storage condition. After the degummingprocess,temporary container has a very significant impact on rice bran color,acidvalue and peroxide value of refined oil products,moisture content only affects thecolor of refined oil,but temporary time and moisture have no significant effect onthe quality of the finished oil;After extraction deacidification,temporary containerhas very significant effect on acid value and peroxide value of refined rice bran oil,the storage time did not affect on the quality of rice bran oil products; Afterwashing storage of container has impacted on the quality of rice bran oil products,the storage time had no significant effect on the quality of oil products.(3)Further comparative analysis of rice bran oil and vegetable oil refiningprocess on their quality of refined oil at different times in different storagecontainers. Degumming and after washing rusty iron processes significantlydeepened the color of temp refined rice bran oil, has no effect on the color ofrapeseed oil products;Rusty iron after alkali refining temporary storage are no bigimpact on the color of oil products.Degumming process,the alkali refining andrusty iron after washing temporary storage have affected two indicators on the acidvalue and peroxide value of refined oil,the impact of varying degrees and high acidvalue of rice bran oil acid value and peroxide value increases significantly higher.This study results may provide the main basis for the moderately high acidvalue of refined rice bran oil and oil products quality assurance under theconditions existing equipment....
