Rice bran as the main byproduct of the rice,about7.5%to8.0%of the rice grain quality,is rich in various nutrients and physiologically active substances, accounting for about64%.Rice bran is generally utilized as livestock feed ingredients and valuable resource valueis far from fully exploited.China is the world’s largest rice producer,more than10milliontons.The effective use of rice bran resources has important economic value and practicalsignificance.Rice bran nutrient concentrate,a deep-processed products of the rice bran,is concentratedfrom rice bran nutrient solution,and contains sugars,proteins,peptides,amino acids and othernutrients.The rice bran concentrate can be used in beverage,pharmaceutical,health careproducts and children′s food,as food raw materials and food additives.The rice branconcentrate liquid is full of the fresh smell,contains the unique flavor of rice bran and is strawyellow, that is to improve the rough texture of rice bran and rice bran flavor.At the sametime,deep-processing of rice bran provides a new direction.First,the paper is the best technology of rice bran concentrate,and then to study theantioxidant activity of rice bran concentrate,as well as its antioxidant activity changes overtime;Finally,the research discusses the key factor to affect the storage of rice branconcentrate.This study includes the following sections:1.The optium condition of rice bran nutrientenrichment:temperature,time,vacuumlevel,the amount of fluid.The four factors are highly significant on the soluble content afterbeing concentrated.Primary and secondary relationship of various factors:the amount of fluid>vaccum degree>time>temperature.The optimim conditions of nutrient solution concentrationfrom defatted rice bran:70℃,25min,0.090MPa,250mL.Method of operation:the frist step is toconnect the rotary evaporator and condensate,open the rotary evaporator to warm up,speed isset to120r/min,take250mL sample in the distillation flask,temperature of70℃,vaccumdegree of0.090MPa,concentration25min,namely rice bran concentrate.2.The study of the antioxitant activity of rice bran nutrient concentrate:the clearance rateof superoxidate radicals as the index,determines the reduction and the changes of oxidationresistance with time.Pyrogallol autoxidation determines the antioxidant activity of differentconcentrations of rice bran concentrate,using VC dilution of the same concentration as thecontrol group.The reduction of the concentrated solution is determined in phosphate bufferedsaline,the sameVC dilution of the same concentration as the control group.Stored in adifferent environment(5℃、20℃、30℃),the antioxidant activity of the rice bran concentrate(sterilization group,sterilization group),under different concentration(8%、32%、52%),is determined on a regular basis.The overall oxidation resistance(sterilizationgroup sample) decline in smaller.The ultimate anti-oxidation is lower than the ultimateresistance to oxidation of the samples of the sterilization group.3.The study are the key conditions and indicators of the storage of rice bran nutrient liquid,includingcolor,sensoryevaluation,temperature,benzonicacidinquantities,ricebranconcentration,sterilization methods.The best storage conditions are autoclave,low temperaturestorage,and the storage of high concentration samples are superior to the low concentrationsamples under high pressure sterilization and low temperature.
