Diammonium phosphate (DAP) is a commonly used chemical fertilizer, due to changes in market demand, put forward higher requirements on the appearance quality of diammonium phosphate. Through the observation and actual production data comparison found that, with the change of time, due to temperature,humidity and other environmental factors, DAP appearance quality has produced change, appearance quality problem, affect the market sales. This paper mainly studies the effects of storage time, temperature, humidity and other factors on the changes of appearance quality of storage time. Through the study of storage time, temperature, humidity index, find the optimum conditions and the production process combined the actual situation proposed optimization suggestion.Diammonium phosphate in the storage process, affected by external and internal factors, may cause color change and gathered into blocks of the phenomenon, which the main external factors influence to temperature, humidity and time. Inthis paper, through the contrast experimental study, to find out the regularity between the appearance quality of diammonium phosphate with time, temperature, humidity.Compared with the experimental and field parameters found that the processparameters can be optimized site there are still places; by subsequent optimization, which can reduce the high temperature and high humidity seasons (The rainyseason), the possible changes and caking of product appearance and color. Specific data combined with the company, technology and experiment of DAP production that, in view of the influence of diammonium phosphate storage link thecrux of appearance quality of change, this paper puts forward the idea of themodification process optimization. By a simple transformation, rate of diammonium phosphate appearance quality variation trend and control storage, to achieve consistency reaching end user’s appearance. According to the transformation idea, the paper also to carry on the calculation of relevant process parameters, to determine the optimization to meet demand.
