In the view of the existing problems such as the high energy consumption and highpollution, this article proposed the concept of gas pressure difference engine.The gas in thisarticle is the natural gas. This engine is a power plant which can transform pressure energyinto mechanical energy. Meanwhile this article designed the waste heat recovery plant, whichcan not only provide power device and reduce the pressure of natural gas supply to customers,but also reduce energy consumption and the environment pollution.This different pressureengine can also be used for other gases.This article mainly completed the design of mechanical structure the pneumatic controlsystem and the principle of the heating boiler. Based on the bipolar compressed process andthe principle of gas turbine, designed level-3axial pressure driving devices and independenttype blades which connected by bolts. These blades can not only satisfy the strengthrequirement, but also make convenience for blades’ replacement. The design focuses on thepressure distribution design, the calculation and selection of impeller and blade, as well as thestrength checking. For the other mechanical structures (shaft, bearing, bond, positioning etc.)makes a large amount of calculation and strength checking. In the section of pneumatic controldesign, cascading five Q41F high pressure stainless steel ball valves with different levels ofthe inlet lines, which is based on the calculation of the lines. By the accurate reading of theYBZ-100axial stainless steel vibration-proof pressure gauge and the on-off of the manualcontrol valves, the engine can be used in the different pressure diggings. This article selectsthe A41Y-160P spring raise enclosed high pressure relief valve to ensure the safetyrequirements. The principle, selection and design of the different gas pressure engine arebasically integrity, which can meet the operational requirements of the engine.
