China's oil and gas resources are very rich,but the per capita share is very small?Most of the natural gas extraction is from gush,and the pressure of many oil fields is as high as 40MPa,while the pressure of collecting pipeline is about 8MPa.USES the most is throttling depressurization at home and abroad,the wellhead high pressure weather to gathering line allowed pressure,gas pressure in the process of heavy losses,the conflicts and the sustainable development strategy in our country?If we can effectively use this pressure of natural gas,it will not only save energy and environmental protection,but also bring very considerable economic benefits.In this paper,first of all,according to the situation of natural gas well site,for the use of downhole throttling depressurization and heat preservation prevent ice blocking,prevent hydrate process exists the phenomenon of waste gas pressure can,put forward to high pressure gas pressure can use converted into mechanical energy to generate electricity;The energy conversion is realized by transforming the traditional triangular rotor engine into a triangular rotor?Triangle rotor air motive as a kind of spirit motive,light quality,small volume,smooth operation,low noise,high speed performance is good wait for a reciprocating air motive incoMParable advantages,so the selected for the design of energy conversion?This article mainly carried out the following parts of work:(1)Through the research of domestic and foreign literature,patent,analyzing the status quo of the natural gas pressure can be recycled,understand the existing design,indicates some problems of the existing scheme,then puts forward a new kind of gas pressure can recycling program.(2)The overall structure of the triangular rotor air motor was designed through the triangular rotor engine,and the step-down scheme was set up to complete the structural design and 3d modeling of the main components.(3)By using the secondary development function of FLUENT software to compile the UDF program,the rotor dynamic grid movement was realized?On this basis,the choice of turbulence model and the boundary conditions of the rotor air motive of two-dimensional dynamic simulation model is established,and coMPare the simulation results with the design and calculation results,verifies the correctness of design calculation.(5)Is obtained by the FLUENT software simulation data,the use of ADAMS kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis,simulated the triangle rotor in cylinder rotation movement process and the stress distribution in the week,the crankshaft,triangle rotor center of mass of time-the curve of the velocity changes,and the force of the triangle rotor of crankshaft and cylinder;The rationality of design in material selection and motion is verified by simulation data.
