Pure cotton fabric has good moisture absorption and is soft and comfortable to wear.It has gradually become the preferred fabric for clothing design on the market. However, cotton fabric is prone to wrinkles during washing and folding, and it is not easy to recover in a short time, which affects the appearance and comfort experience..The wrinkle recovery of fabric is a dynamic process. The recovery angle index alone cannot accurately characterize the dynamic recovery performance of fabric wrinkles.A comprehensive index system is needed to objectively characterize the dynamic recovery of fabric wrinkles.Fabric structure parameters,post-finishing technology and the synergy of the two will all have an impact on the static wrinkle recovery angle of the fabric, but the influence on the dynamic recovery performance of the fabric wrinkle needs to be further studied. This paper first quantitatively characterizes the crease dynamic recovery performance of pure cotton woven fabrics, and then studies the influence of the cotton fabric structure and finishing agent concentration on its crease dynamic recovery performance, and on this basis, explores the fabric organization structure and finishing agent concentration The main research contents and conclusions of the influence of synergy on the dynamic recovery performance of fabrics are as follows:(1)The video sequence images of wrinkle recovering were obtained and treated using image processing technology. And the curve of recovery angle-time of the cotton fabric sample were then obtained. From the curve, the instantaneous recovery angle/recovery time, delayed recovery angle/recovery time,as well as the instantaneous recovery rate, were calculated. In this way,the dynamic recovery characteristics of the fabric sample were quantitatively characterized.(2)By using the same yarns,a series of pure cotton plain woven、twill fabric and satin weave fabric samples were designed and woven, and the dynamic wrinkle recovery indicators of the fabrics were tested, the analysis showed that the total tightness of plain weave and twill fabrics increased appropriately, and the instantaneous recovery angle became larger. If the total tightness was too large, the instantaneous recovery angle decreased. When the total tightness of satin fabric increased, the instantaneous recovery angle showed a decreasing trend; The increase of the warp density of plain weave cotton fabric was beneficial to shorten the instantaneous recovery time, while the increase of the weft density could reduce the instantaneous recovery angle;for twill fabrics, increasing the warp and weft density could shorten the delayed recovery time and reduced the delayed recovery angle; At the same time, increasing the warp and weft density of satin fabrics would have a negative impact on the instantaneous and delayed recovery stages;the instantaneous recovery stage of the three types of fabrics dominates the entire recovery process, and the instantaneous recovery rate of plain weave fabrics was the largest.(3)Different concentrations of silicone resin emulsion were used to finish fabrics. The effect of the concentration of finishing agent on the dynamic recovery index of fabric wrinkles was explored. It was found that when the concentration of finishing agent was large,it was beneficial to increase the instantaneous recovery angle of the fabric, and to delay recovery,It would have a negative impact, but it was still greater than the original delayed recovery angle, that is,increasing the concentration of the finishing agent increases the total recovery angle, and the instantaneous recovery rate was greater than the fabric after low concentration finishing;the instantaneous recovery time and delayed recovery of fabrics with different structural parameters time changes were different.(4)The effect of the synergy between the total tightness of the fabric and the concentration of the finishing agent on the dynamic recovery performance of fabric wrinkles was explored, and the two-factor analysis method was used to find that these two factors act on the dynamic recovery of fabric wrinkles in a synergistically coupled manner;low concentration The finishing agent acts on plain weave fabrics with a small total tightness to shorten the delayed recovery time of the fabric and increase the delayed recovery angle;high-concentration finishing agents act on twill and satin weave fabrics to make the fabric delayed recovery time longer. The research work of this paper has important reference value for the characterization of the dynamic recovery style of cotton woven fabrics, and has guiding significance for the design and development of cotton woven fabrics with good dynamic rebound styles.
