China is one of the earliest countries beekeeping, bee species diversity is rich in resources, honey, bee honey productswith black nutrient adequacy, edible, medicinal, health value is high, favored by the vast number of consumers. Atpresent, honey production, China’s export volume ranking first in the world, with export-oriented obvious, of which70%ofthe honey for export. Safety control of honey products is the key to future studies on the quality and safety of honey. In honeyproduction process, agricultural pesticides and antibiotics residues of drugs is a major problem, how to control the useof banned pesticides and reduce pesticide pollution, antibiotics, heavy metal ions in residues in honey products is verynecessary. In this experiment, the Xinjiang Yili Nilka county black beehoney as raw materials, the sensory evaluation wasperformed by visual, olfactory, tactile and taste for the black bee honey sample color, smell, taste and othercharacters, statusSample1, sample3from sensoryjudgment is lower quality black bee honey,2samples from sensory judgment is goodquality black bee honey. In the detection of pesticide residues in black bee honey, using ethyl acetate as the extractionsolvent instead ofacetonitrile, coumaphos, trichlorfon, malathion andchlorpyrifos, fenchlorphos in black bee honey sample1,sample2, the minimum detection in3samples were0.013mg/kg,0.01mg/kg,0.016mg/kg; the test in the detectionof black wasp antibiotic residues in honey, experimental data indicate that selected357nm wavelengthis appropriate, andthe concentration of0.05mol/L NaH2PO4solution is the separation of fine catalyst, tetracycline and oxytetracycline in sample1,sample2,3samples of limited minimum values were0.06mg/L,0.05mg/L,0.065mg/L,1samples ofchlortetracyclinein sample2, sample3, the detection limitof minimum values were0.13mg/L,0.1mg/L,0.15mg/L,the detection amountis relatively small; microwavedigestion inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy using the test (ICP-AES),arsenic, cadmium, lead and other heavy metals residual synchronization detection black bee honey samples, limitedvalue detectedwere As:5.2×103mg/L;Cd:0.056×103mg/L;Pb:2.9×103mg/L.Adulteration identification black bee honey: test water,1black bee honey: in15℃temperature environment, the black bee honey samples of1concentration is39°Be,indicating mixed with water;2sample concentration is42°Be, the low water content; samples of3concentration is35°Be, description the water content is high. Inspection,2black bee honey mixed maltose: the samples were distilled waterand diluted into95%alcohol after the number of drops, black bee honey sample1, sample3white floc, are mixed withdefinite Caramel black bee honey; sample2showed homogeneous turbid state, not mixed with caramel. Test3black beehoney, sucrose content in each sample: the silver nitrate solution by diluting with distilled water and add a few drops1%,sample1small opacity, white floc, show that the samples doped with small amount of sucrose1; sample2has no obviouschange, indicating that the sample2without incorporation of sucrose; the emergence of a large number of sample3thewhite flocculent precipitate, showed that3samples are mixed with sugar. Test with starch and4black bee honey: eachsample by diluting with distilled water and adding1%potassium iodide solution, sample1blue purple, is mixed with starchblack bee honey; sample2are brown, not mixed with starch; sample3is red, then samples3black bee honey mixed withdextrin. Test with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,5black bee honey: adding95%alcohol, hydrochloric acid, coppersulfate solution has the sample, sample1, sample3respectively has produced a white flocculent precipitate and pale blueprecipitation, the sample1, sample3ismixed with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; sample2nochange, not mixed withsodium carboxymethyl cellulose. Inspection of urea doped and6black bee honey in each sample dilution: heated distilledwater after boiling, sample1, sample pH test paper3solution vapor on the blue, that sample1, sample3black bee honeymixed with urea; sample pH test paper2vapor on not change, said not mixed with black bee honey Ming sample2of urea. This test has the safety analysis and test in Nilka County of Xinjiang Yili area black bee honey, providing technicalsupport for the safety of honey consumption, consumer show to identify the adulteration of honey and providescientific basis.
