By means of melt blending process, the blend of polyethylene terephthalate(PET)/micarialand PET/mica/inorganic particlecomposite materialand PET/linear low density polyethylene blending alloy were prepared respectively. The performances of composite on the mechanical properties, thermal properties, and interfacial compatibility were evaluated. The crystal properties and non-isothermal crystallization kinetics were tested by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and microstructures were observed by scanning electron microscopy observation (SEM).The details were as follows:Mechanics performance,thermal performance and crystallization performance of Made of mica PETand mica composite material is better than pure PET,the thermal deformation temperature is increased largely.the properties of a ratio of80:20of thePET/mica composite material is better than a ratio of75:25of the composite materials on the performance, the various performance of the mica of325mesh composite material is better than micaof600mesh composite material.Chooseing three coupling agent which are KH-570, KH-792and Si-563to modify two kinds micaof different particle size, adding these to PET tomade PET/mica composite material with the proportion of80:20, breaking elongation, heat deformation temperature and interface compatibility is larger compared With composite material which is not modified bycoupling agent, and the tensile strength and bending strength of these composite materials chang little.composite system which the mica of325mesh modified With KH-570has the best performence.Adding montmorillonite(MMT) and SiO2to composite system which the mica of325mesh modified With KH-570, the tensile strength of composite materials is reduces, the bending strength increases,and the crystal properties of composite materials and thermal deformation temperature are improve,composite system which jionning SiO2which the content is1.5%of PET has the highest thermal deformation temperature, thermal deformation temperature of it is38.1℃more than the pure PET.By means of DSC method, the non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of LLDPE composite films was investigated. By selecting data processing method of Mo ZS and modified Jeziorny, the results indicate that the mica play a role of heterogeneous nucleation agent in the process of crystallization and increased the crystalline rate of PET.Based on mass ratio85/15of PET/LLDPE,Added six compatilizer to improve the compatibility of PET and LLDPE,and improve the toughness of blendingalloy,but the tensile strength, bending strength and bending modulus of blending alloy decrease,thermal deformation temperature remain unchanged essentially.Compatilizer S10have the best performance, the composite material have the best toughness when the compatilizer content is five copies, the impact strength is increased about6times.
