Linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)molecules are mainly linear structure,and macromolecules with a certain number of short chain,the intermolecular stack is very close.Therefore,LLDPE has excellent flexibility and processing fluidity.But its melting point is low,so the molecular chain is easy to produce slip,in the case of repeated friction,the friction caused by the heat prone to plastic deformation of the composite material,seriously affecting its performance,and reducing its service life.In this paper,silane grafted LLDPE masterbatch was prepared by grafting silane onto LLDPE macromolecule,and then crosslinked to form a crosslinked three-dimensional structure under certain conditions to prepare silane crosslinked LLDPE wear-resistant masterbatch.Due to the molecular chain of the crosslinked structure,making its mechanical properties,abrasion resistance significantly enhanced.In this paper,we first studied the optimum process recipe for the preparation of silane grafted masterbatch.It was found that the amount of vinyl triethoxysilane(VTEO)was 3 phr,initiator cumene(DCP)added 0.2phr,antioxidant 1010 dosage 0.05phr,the absorbance ratio was 1.309,at this point the processing performance was better.Secondly,the technological formula of silane crosslinked LLDPE wear-resistant masterbatch was further studied.The results showed that the catalyst masterbatch dosage was 10%,the temperature of water bath was 70? and the time was 9h.Friction and wear performance of the best,Wear was 0.5g/kg,compared with pure LLDPE 25.3g/kg significantly reduced,at this time the tensile strength of 23.3MPa than the pure LLDPE 13.7MPa significantly improved.The experimental results showed that the maximum torque of the system was less than 20%when the amount of wear-resistant masterbatch is added,the temperature and the speed on the rheological properties of the system.When the temperature exceeds 170?,the system was the largest The torque decreases as the temperature increases and increases as the speed increases.In this paper,the non-isothermal crystallization process of the system was also tested by DSC.The results showed that the addition of silane crosslinked LLDPE wear-resistant masterbatch increased the crystallization peak temperature of LLDPE.The wear of masterbatch promoted the crystallization of LLDPE.The results showed that the Jeziorny equation can only be used to describe the initial crystallization process of the non-isothermal crystallization process.With the increase of the cooling rate,the time of the second rearrangement of the molecular chain was shortened,so crystallization became difficult and imperfect.
