Power servo turret is one of the most advanced CNC turrets. Power servo turret’s performance will directly affect the performance of the entire CNC machine tools. Power servo turret translocation system is the core of the power servo turret System. Therefore, study translocation system reliability of the power servo turret is important.This thesis studied reliability on translocation system of power servo turret. Calculated the angle’s reliability and conducted a sensitivity analysis based on reliability. Optimal design is made based on the reliability. Robust design is made based on the sensitivity. Details are as follows:First of all, combining three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E3.0with dynamic simulation software ADAMS, accurate motion simulation of meshing gears is made. Secondary development by Pro/E3.0, standard-based involute curve equation and accurate parametric modeling of gear are made out. Based on the contact and impact algorithm of multibody dynamics, ADAMS software is used to do the kinematic precision simulation.Then, considering the gear assembly, the center deviation caused by the assembly error affects the angle. The design parameters are the centers of the gears. Conducted by iSIGHT process integration, simulated and calculated the different parameters of the translocation point. Then the neural network is used to fit data and the explicit function is made out.What’s more, first order second moment method, fourth-order moment method and the Monte Carlo method is used to calculate power servo turret translocation system reliability, and analyzed the influence of the designed parameters to reliability. Based on reliability optimization theory, the objective is minimizing the deviation between angle actual value and the theoretical value. The reliability optimization design of power servo tutter transposition system is made. Based on the basic theory of sensitivity and robust design, with the objective of minimizing the sensitivity, the reliability-based robust design of power servo tutter transposition system is made.Finally, Based on the results analyzed the influence of the designed parameters. The program based on reliability optimization design and the program based on reliability-based robust design is made out. The problems for further study on the reliability of power servo tutter transposition system are discussed.
