Power servo turret on CNC machine tools is the key parts for clamping tools. Its performance seriously affected the level of the whole machine at the aspects of cutting and efficiency. Therefore improvintg the performance of power servo turret has a vital significance to improving the reliability of the whole machine. This thesis regards the drive gear of transfer system as the research object and does detailed analysis of angle error of gear with geometrical eccentricity and makes research on the reliability of transmission accuracy. And then reliability-based optimization and reliability-based robust design has been done. The specific contents are as follows:(1) Establishing the three-dimensional model of gear with geometric eccentricity error based on UG. Based on the simulation analysis software ADAMS, the kinematic simulation of the eccentric gear transmission system has been done and test the meshing line increment theory, and we obtain the relationship between the biggest angel error and each geometric eccentric.(2) Analysing the gear transmission accuracy with geometric eccentric based on the theory of meshing line increment, obtain the angel error model considered the coupling relationship of the size and angel of geometric eccentric. Combining genetic algorithm and the traditional optimization method, gets the installation method that minimizes the angel error.(3) Considering the uncertainty of gear center of rotation, using I sight software for optimal Latin hypercube sampling, and then puts the samples into Matlab and gets the maximum angel error of each sample. Establishing the angel error model considered rotating center coordinates based on BP neural network technology, and then state function is established.(4) Based on the state function, combining with the reliability theory, this thesis does the detailed analysis of reliability and sensitivity of rotating system transmission accuracy through method of FOSM and AFOSM. And then under the Linux system, combined with MPICH parallel technology, calculating the reliability and sensitivity by Monte-Carlo to test and verify.(5) Combining reliability theory with optimization design, regards the reliability as the constraint conditions of optimization design. Combining reliability sensitivity analysis and the robustness design method, the reliability-based robust design of eccebtric gear transmission system has been done. We get the design parameters of the most robust transmission system through putting the sensitivity into the model of optimization design.In this thesis, gear transmission system with geometric eccentricity is regarded as the research object. We improve its reliability and robustness by the optimization design of its parameters.
