Power servo turret is one of the most advanced CNC turrets.Power servo turret’s performance will directly affect the performance of the entire CNC machine tools.Power servo turret’s gear system is the output section of the power servo turret System. Therefore, study translocation system reliability of the power servo turret is important.The gear system has an irreplaceable role in the recent industrialized process, and has been widely used in electricity, energy, transportation and other fields. Being the important Transmission parts of the Mechanical system, Gear systems must meet the requirements of low noise, lightweight, high reliability and long life. In engineering practice, resonance is the common manifestation of vibration failure, therefore, the analysis of the resonance reliability means much to the design of the gear system.This research focused on the Power gear system,considering the perspective of engineering applications,and makes an analysis to the resonance reliability of the gear system,using the finite element method,the second-order moment and fourth moment.The main work is divided into the following three parts.The first part bases on the ANSYS Parametric Design Language(APDL),in order to make out an standard-based involute curve equation and accurate parametric modeling of gear. Application of ANSYS contact analysis to the stress and modal of multi-gear meshing system forms the command stream, which can realize a whole process of parametric modeling and analysis.The second part considers the infection to the nature frequency of the center distance deviation. Using the Center coordinates of each gear as the design parameters, via iSEGHT to do the process integration, we can make a precision simulation and calculate the natural frequency with random parameters. With the virtual prototype technology, the resulting data can be used to figured out the explicit equation of the nature frequency. And then we can use first order second moment method to analyze the parameters obey the normal distribution, so that the impact of each design parameter on the reliability and reliability-sensitivity can be researched. Last, on the basis of the work mentioned before, the fourth-order moment will be used to analyze the parameters which obey the arbitrary distribution to find out the impact of each design parameter on the reliability and reliability-sensitivity.
