However, as the typical seasonal product defects of batch annealing, corrosion has been plagued by the normal bell-type furnace production. Especially from June to September, the monthly corrosion defects was to the hundreds tons, Serious impact on product quality and timely delivery of the contract.In accordance with the principles of project management to promote the improvement of corrosion defects, this article has carried out the research in the concrete implementation of the key elements. Firstly, it has carried on the analysis of the project feasibility, and developed a project plan and implementation plan on the foundation of clear project needs and objectives, and elaborated the project time management and risk management in the implementation process. Six sigma was utilized as a quality process management tool in the project implementation process, and determined significant factor which impacted the strip surface rust defects by significance analysis. Project validation was carried by the project experiment site, at the same time, process capability of the implementation of new technology and the sigma level was evaluated. Finally the promotion value of the conclusion was prospected. |
