In recent years, the coal mine gas explosion accidents have happened frequently. Not only did they cause serious harm to the social economic and the people’s assets and lives, but also they brought severe threat to the ecological environment and ecological security. It is worth noting that, after the coal mine gas explosion accident happened, if the coal gas explosion emergency plan could be started quickly, the accident would be controlled effectively and the cost of assets and lives would be reduced further. So, it is a very important research subject that is how to select the most suitable one in the current coal mine gas explosion accident emergency plans before starting the emergency plan.At present, the problems which are related with emergency plan selection of coal mine gas explosion, have caused wide attention of scholars at home and abroad and achieved some research results, but they are not rich. Based on the previous research results, this paper epurates the problem of selecting the coal gas explosion emergency plans,and gives the specific analytic methods that have affluent practical meaning.This paper mainly completes the work in the following three aspects:(1) With respect to the problem of constructing the feature attribute system of coal mine gas explosion accident, based on the previous research results, the feature attributes related with coal mine gas explosion accident are epurated and the related instructions are given. Then, the AHP method is used to screen the feature attributes and delete the redundancy ones, and a method to determine the feature attribute weights is given later.(2) With respect to the emergency plan selection problem of the coal gas explosion, a method of emergency plan selection based on feature matching is proposed in this paper. In the method, firstly, the deviation of each feature attribute between current accident and emergency plans is calculated; then, the comprehensive deviation value between them is calculated; finally, the emergency plan whose deviation with current accident will be chosen as starting plan.(3) The proposed method is applied to the emergency plan selection problem of the gas explosion accident which occurred at "A" coal mine in "SH" provinces, and it shows that the method is valid and feasible.The main research results and requiring work for further research are summarized.
