Due to the unique advantages of pipe in carrying the flow material such as gas or liquid,pipeline transportation plays an important role in the construction of the country.But due to the factors of aging pipeline,fluid corrosion and man-made destructive,pipeline leakage accidents occur from time to time,which poses a great threat to human living environment and property.So monitoring the state of the pipeline timely and effectively,accurate extraction of the possible leak location plays an important role in fluid’s safe transportation.The current monitoring methods for the detection of natural gas pipeline leakage mainly include model method and signal method.Along with the unceasing study,these methods are more and more effective to detect the location of pipeline leak point and the amount of leakage.However,the model equation is complex and difficult to solve,and the form of the actual pipeline is various.For the pipe with complex boundary,the previous method is not very effective.Therefore,intelligent security monitoring of the natural gas pipeline which has complex boundary has important theoretical significance and application value.In this paper,based on the analysis of the existing gas pipeline model and the establishing method,proposed a new method to monitor the natural gas pipeline safe or not which is based on Lattice Boltzmann Machine(LBM). Combined with the morphological characteristics of the actual pipeline, through LBM method, mathematical model of straight pipe, bend pipe and three ducts pipe were established;On this basis,used the basic principle of model available, combined with the particle swarm optimization(PSO) to optimize the parameters of the model,obtained more accurate model of the pipeline; Use of Lyapunov stability theory, analysis the amplitude distribution of the characteristic roots of the characteristic equation to determine whether a gas pipeline leak.The experimental results show that the model which is established based on LBM method can reflect the relationship between variables of the pipeline correctly. Has solved the problem of the difficulty in solving the N-S equation. At the same time, using the LBM method to deal with the complex boundary, can make up the defect of the existing pipeline leakage detection methods in dealing with the complex interface coupling, provides an effective method for natural gas pipeline safety monitoring.
