| As the clean energy,the utilization of natural gas has showed a rapid growth trend,but its requirement and distribution are uneven,seriously.Natural gas pipeline is the most effective measures to solve this problem.The pipelines will turn into a large-scale and integrated network.Meanwhile,the operation and maintenance of natural gas pipeline and compressor,in particular,cost tremendously.It’s of great significance to reality and economy that pipeline system operates securely and efficiently.Aiming at optimization on the secure operation of natural gas pipeline,centrifugal compressor is as the main studying object.(1)Thermodynamic properties of natural gas are calculated via BWRS EOS and the similarity theory.Characteristic curves of centrifugal compressor under off-design conditions are researched using two-step fitting method and back-propagation neural network,respectively.(2)The mold of optimization on the secure operation of natural gas pipeline is presented from object function,constrained condition and optimization variables.The objective function is minimum energy consumption of compressor station.The constrained conditions are flow capacity constraint,pipeline strength constraint,pipeline pressure drop equation and compressor domain.The rotational speed,inlet flow rate and open ways of centrifugal compressors are regarded as optimization variables in Yu-Ji network.(3)Ant colony algorithm for discrete function optimization is improved to optimize continuous function.A new adaptive penalty function is presented to solve constrained conditions.The improved ant colony algorithm is combined with adaptive penalty function to optimize the mold of natural gas pipeline.(4)The regularity of characteristic curves under off-design conditions are proved based on the data of Yu-Ji pipeline.Annual operating figures are presented to meet the requirements of field environments.Pressure ratio,compress shaft power and polytropic efficiency are compared with practical scheme,which support scientificity and security of optimization program. |
