Construction Of Measures Of Chinese Carbon Emissions And It’s Assessment System

The issue of global warming caused by greenhouse gases emission arouses attention ofinternational community, and there exist a number of defects in the statistical system ofgreenhouse gases emissions, so, simple and feasible caculating methods of carbon emission isproposed at first, as while as the necessary messuring indexes of carbon emission in basic unitsstatistics, which prefect the carbon emission statistical system. Secondly, estimate the carbonemission of our county and analysis the characteristic. Results shows that there was an uprisingtrend of greenhouse gas emission in China, and the major driver is fossil fuel consumption.Thirdly, construct carbon emission evaluation index system based on the characteristic. At last,comprehensively evaluate the carbon emission of China. Entropy method is adopted todetermine index weight, get the comprehensive evaluation value by using the linear weightedsum method and compare to the evaluation standard of low carbon society established by RenFubing. The study shows that China’s level of low carbon is keeping in the lower grades ofevaluation standard, the best record is in the year of2001, After this, the comprehensiveevaluation value experienced the phases of decrease and fluctuation.The last years maintain onthe average level.
