Glass is the basic raw material of production and living,and its manufacture also appears particularly important.China is a country of great consumption in glass materials and glass production is also among the forefront of the world,with the total output of glass production of Hebei Province accounting for about 25%.Meanwhile,raw materials containing sulfur and nitrogen need necessarily high temperature to melt measures and meet the requirements of the glass production process.Therefore,the glass industry has been one of the important industries in air pollution control.Hebei Province,as the big province in glass industry,has applied a variety of technologies in glass industry for pollution control,and there are differences between the governance effects.It's urgent that how to choose a technology scientifically and effectively.Therefore,this study mainly takes the investigation of Hebei province as representative enterprises and sets up the evaluation index system for the glass industry,using AHP to determine the weight of each index,and using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to pick out the industry best available technology,the main research results were as follows:(1)According to the investigation and the experts' consultation of the enterprise,the three kinds of evaluation index system of the dust removal,desulfurization and denitration technology in glass industry were constructed,which mainly included technical performance indicators,economic cost index,index of environmental effect index of three layers and 16 indicators index in the index layer dust removal system,a total of 17 indicators of desulfurization the index system,a total of 15 indicators of denitration index system;(2)Through the use of AHP,the weights of each index of dust removal,desulfurization and denitrification system were determined,and all dust removal and desulfurization and denitrification index weights were: environmental effect index > technical performance index > economic cost index,which referred to the weight of dust layer were 0.534,0.250 and 0.216,and the weight of desulfurization were 0.610,0.236 and 0.154,and denitration were 0.592,0.207 and 0.201;(3)The basic research in business field and had access to get information on the contents of the index data,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with establishing the membership function of each indicator,the quantitative index.Finally it selected the best technology for the removal of dust,desulfurization and denitration.The dedusting technology with high temperature electrostatic dust removal was the best,and the desulfurization technology of double alkali method was the best technology,and the denitration technology based on SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction)technology was the best.At the same time,it put forward some suggestions for improvement to the bag dust removal technology limestone gypsum desulfurization technology and SNCR(Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction)denitration technology.
