Amygdalus pedunculata pall is a novel sand dune-stabilizing and oil-bearing plant with higher economic value and ecological benefits, which will be planted in northern region as a candidate for desert reclamation by the State Forestry Administration of the People’s Republic of China.The oil contains of Amygdalus pcdunculata pall seeds is about45%-58%and the fatty acid composition is relatively simple. Oleic and linoleic acid contents were76.3%and21.6%. The total unsaturated fatty acids up to96%-98%, which is an excellent raw material for preparing environmental lube base oils. In this paper, Amygdalus pedunculata pall oil as the research object, preparation of environment-friendly lube base oil by chemical modification approach to redesign its molecular structure. Rheological properties,oxidation stability, tribological properties and biodegradability was investigated before and after modification.While its structure was characterized by IR spectroscopy.Select Amygdalus pedunculata pall oil as raw material and Epoxidized Amygdalus pedunculata pall oil was optimized by orthogonal design software.The optimal conditions were as follows:Amygdalus pedunculata pall oil100mL, hydrogen peroxide110mL, glacial acetic acid16mL, catalyst0.5mL, reaction temperature65℃, reaction time6h, epoxy value reached5.97%. The oxidative stability of Amygdalus pedunculata pall oil has greatly improved after epoxidation. And the integrated friction performance is better than before The biodegradation rate is78%but Pour point increases more, paste at ordinary temperature. It can develop in the direction of the grease.Due to the viscosity is too large and high pour point is too high after Amygdalus pedunculata pall oil epoxidation directly. In this article,methyl esterification method was modified to Amygdalus pedunculata pall oil, firstly. And then the Amygdalus pedimculata pall oil methyl ester was modified by Epoxidation. Using Box-Benhnken software to optimize the Amygdalus pedunculata pall oil methyl ester and the optimal conditions were as follows: Molar rate of methanol to oil was8.5/1, catalyst dosage was2%, reaction temperature was60c and reaction time was60min, the conversion rate was over98%and the yield rate was97%. The synthesis of Amygdalus pcdunculata pall oil methyl ester, kinematic viscosity from40℃to100℃is4.54and1.84, VI is770, pour point is-30℃, flash point is200℃.Tribological properties and oxidation stability also improved and the rate of biological is76%. Compared with mineral oil has a great advantage.。Exploring the optimum of epoxidized Amygdalus pcdunculata pall oil methyl ester by orthogonal design software and the optimal conditions were as follows:Amygdalus pcdunculata pall oil methyl ester100mL, hydrogen peroxide170mL, glacial acetic acid15mL, catalyst0.50mL, reaction temperature65℃, reaction time4h and the epoxy value can reache4.70%. The synthesis of epoxidized Amygdalus pcdunculata pall oil methyl ester, kinematic viscosity from40℃to100℃is9.54and2.80, VI is140, pour point is-8℃, flash point is198℃.Tribological properties improved and oxidation stability also greatly improved. The rate of biological is76%. It also has a great advantage than mineral oil。...
